Capítulo 46: Chapter 46: I Can't Do This Anymore, Gray

Remi’s POV

“Oh my God, Remi, you look so hot!” Ava squeals from the doorway of my bedroom, watching me through the full-length mirror by my closet.

I ran my hand down the soft, black silk, slip dress I decided to wear for my date with Gray tonight. He said he wanted to make it better than the first, and I want to be able to also help accomplish that by dressing up nicely for him.

Since we can’t go out on public dates or dress fancy for dinner, I figured this would be a nice surprise for him. Gray has only seen me in my work attire or just casual clothing, and I want that to change. I want to look good for him and have him think, ‘Woah, I’m proud to have this woman by my side.’

“You don’t think it’s too much?” I ask as my eyes scan across the material filtering against my mid-thigh.

“Absolutely not,” Ava is quick to defend my outfit choice. “Gray is going to drool when he sees you in this.”
