It was still quite dark outside. However, some oil lamps were lit under the shed and in the main room. The lights from the oil lamp shone into the courtyard, and everything could be seen clearly.

Shao Zhongxi stared coldly at the small figure beside Xue Yan who was also in the horse stance before he stopped paying attention to them. He huffed in approval and continued to drink his tea.

He was very glad that his uncle didn't put an incense stick behind him like Jiang Yue did. Otherwise, he would have sat on it and jumped up from the heat.
