'Let's just hope we don't come to blows.'
Standing here alone, facing so many angels, it was foolish for Savine to think about battling them.
If it actually came to that, Savine would probably die before even understanding what happened to her. If she had to describe a serious battle between angels, it would always be: deadly, quick, and incomprehensible. Angels could simply order their mana to kill and their enemies would die from unnatural causes.
Realizing her helplessness, Savine calmed down. Since there was no point in trying to fight back, then there was no point in worrying.
A woman among the angels came forward and greeted Savine in a friendly manner.
"It's good to see you, Savine. My name is Cypher."
"Thank you," Savine bowed to her and the angels around. "And thank you all for welcoming me here."
"Come to my house. We can discuss what we can do from here on out."
