Capítulo 89: A show of power

Perhaps no one could've guessed that these words would come out of her mouth. They all looked at her with an odd expression. The most striking was, of course, Sylvester himself. 

"What are you talking about, you muddleheaded peasant?!"

Savine gave the nonexistent man no heed. She turned to Lucius and smiled widely.

"Duke, please correct me if I'm wrong… but do you know of a Sylvester Fest in your family?"

Lucius flinched back, realizing what Savine was trying to do. She was trying to make everyone realize just how tightly she held their little duke in her palms.

If she could make Lucius deny the existence if his blood relative in front of his face and in front of every noble in Fest... then what would that mean? That could only mean that it wasn't Lucius who was ruling over the lands, it was her and no one else.

Lucius saying that Sylvester did not exist... that was akin to him blessing her rule.
