Nie Shaoqing stood from his seat by the dressing table as the maids cleared up the shaving razors and water.

Nie Shaoqing shook his clothes as he walked to his reading table. He paused and looked over his shoulder as he heard hurried footsteps.

He glanced at the maids who walked in and out as they cleared up the bathing chamber. He glanced at Xiuyi's flushed face and shaky gaze.

He cleared his throat to get her attention, "What is it Xiuyi?"

Xiuyi glanced at Deming who stood a few steps away from Nie Shaoqing then at her young master, she searched her brain for the best way to deliver the news without annoying her young master.
