Capítulo 74: The painfull reality

Banxi pavilion, Liqiu's room.

Liqiu was on her way back to her room from the bathing chamber when a male servant carrying a barrel of wine ran into her and slipped a note into her hands.

She got the servant's eyes and gave him a slight nod as she clasped the letter and pushed it into her sleeve. Their exchange was over quick that even Manlin who followed her closely missed it. 

She opened the letter as soon as she walked into her room. Manlin blinked and tilted her head to the side when she saw that.

"How did_"

Liqiu swept her hair out of her face and sat on the stool beside the tea table, "it is from Young master Nie, he wrote to inform me that there is going to be a raid at the pavilion this night".

Manlin hurried to her side and looked down at the letter, "it is because of Prince consort Zhuo. We should avoid leaving this room. Luckily today is your off day, so you will not have to attend to any of the guests".
