Titans with low talents like 3-star and below takes about three months to a year to be able to faintly feel and subtly control the three waves.

For talents with nuclear pulse above 3-stars, it would take approximately a week to a month to be able to sense the three main waves emitted from the body and subtle control them.

These three main waves are controlled separately by the nuclear pulse, to bring out the desired effect after several alterations, combat techniques were successfully developed and then categorized into tactics for combat.
