"I just MacGyvered things and used some soda and a cheap pregnancy test to do it."

Leigh then asks Elsie as the latter ends her narration, "You have no underlying issues that force you to fake it, right?"

"Well, I have no underlying issues like an unhappy childhood or a traumatic incident. I'm just that insecure, that's all."
