The conflict that arose from an inflammatory post on social media about hawkers and stray dogs that are multiplying in the Northwest District of Atlanta is now resolved, after the two leaders of the opposing sides, Elvira Thorne and Albert Whistler, agreed to a peaceful settlement.

Over the next few days, the United Condo Dwellers of the Northwest and Whistler Land and Realty enter a joint venture to improve the standard of living for practically everyone, not just the privileged.

Besides protection for the hawkers, there is stricter implementation of garbage regulations, which means rich people who just leave their cups after finishing off their expensive iced coffee and stuff are now subject to the long arm of the law, and they cannot use the "those street sweepers will clean them up anyway" excuse anymore.
