Capítulo 51: The Defeated

"So this mock battle is being televised outside," Yami stated after teleported on the roof. He was looking down at Yaoting, who was standing below.

"Yes, everyone will see you getting beaten ten times," Yaoting stated with confidence. He activated his weapon; two rings appeared on both of his hands with spikes.

"What's your rank?" Yami asked as he activated one stinger on his right arm.

"I'm a Legend rank Combatant," Yaoting boasted and smirked, but seeing Yami's deadpan expression made him more annoyed. He was used to people getting awe or fearful at his rank and skills. Noticing that Yami didn't even react to his status made him want to beat him badly.

Yami caught the slight change in Yaoting's expression and body language, but it didn't bother him.

Yaoting sprinted, jumped toward the roof where Yami was located, and sliced his stomach with the spikes that spun at his control.

Yami's mana drained, and his body fell to the ground and teleported back to the booth.
