Rashid Abubaker quickly snatched it up before Banu Jabal changed his mind and tortured him once more. The letter contained the wax seal of elder Saddam's office. He broke the seal and opened the envelope to see what was contained therein.
He removed the folded letter from the envelope, he unfolded the letter to see what the esteemed elder had to say to him.
On the paper, he saw smooth and artistic handwriting in Arabic with the following message:
In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful. May Allah's blessings and perfect peace be on our master, Muḥammad His Prophet, his household and his companions, and our revered Old Man of the Mountain whom he has favored to lead us.
Your last letter was full of good tidings. I was happy to know that we have such a capable young man in our Order. Keep up the good work and Allah will richly reward you.
