Philipe sat on the balcony of a restaurant at the port of Jaffa. It was late evening and he had ordered a meal to be served. It was taking a while for it to be brought.
Meanwhile, he looked at the calm blue Mediterranean Sea. On this particular day, the port was relatively empty with only three ships docked. With the absence of many ships, also most of the businesses at the port came to a standstill except for the pubs and taverns serving idle sailors and merchants.
