Capítulo 304: The candle burned itself so it can light up others

It had been hours since she had stayed in the bathtub and her fingers had shrunk like raisins. Even the warm water had turned cold.

Phoenix was immersed in watching the fire that burned the candle, and watching that somehow gave her clarity. 

The candle burned itself so it could give lights to others. That was a sacrifice. The wax that was solid and cloudy, turned into a clear liquid once it melted, just like how her messy mind was before, it had become clearer now.

Playing with fire can be dangerous, but maybe it wasn't that bad to play with fire, as long as it was controlled and won't burn you. It was nice to be safe and live in your comfort zone. But maybe it was time for her to step out of it. She would take that risk and light that fire. 

No one lived in a carefree state, everyone faced problems, but all we could do was brave ourselves to get through those obstacles.
