Sylvia first shredded the test results that the nurse gave her and then started stomping on them with her feet angrily.

"Mrs. Green, how many times do we have to tell you that you cannot carry yourself this way however and whenever it pleases you to do so, this is a hospital!" The nurse was trying her best to deal patiently with a family member of a patient in a critical situation, still, the woman's conduct was infamous with all the hospital staff, pretty soon, she'll have to ask for support from management on how to deal with this unreasonably difficult person.
