Capítulo 239: The Couch

"That went better than expected," Theo said once his parents had left for the night. 

Finally he and Cora were alone again, and there were no responsibilities left for the night. There were no pack members to meet. There was no one else they needed to see. They could finally relax. He sunk into the couch and when Cora didn't immediately join him, he patted the cushion next to him.

"Are you afraid of me?" He chuckled when she looked at the spot for a moment too long before sitting there. 

"No, of course not," she said, allowing herself to be pulled against his side. "I am afraid of myself." 

Theo rubbed her arm when she started shivering. He frowned. The shivering is what she had been doing earlier when they were laying together, but he knew how warm he was as a lycan. 

"There is no need to be afraid of yourself. If it is blood you desire, then take it from me. Everything I have is yours."
