Capítulo 33: Death
Andrew pushed her words to the back of his mind, running to the water slime. The unsuspecting slime prepared to charge once more at Emma, but Andrew reached him in time. Cocking his right arm back, he roared,
"Savage punch!" His right arm gave a faint red glow as his fist collided with the water slime.

The unsuspecting water slime took the full hit of Andrew's enhanced punch, launching it threw the air like a ball as it slammed into a wall. Its body exploded into many bullets of water that slowly flowed down to the ground.
"Congratulations!" Ezekiel shouted from his hiding spot behind the last standing pillar, "You killed on----"
Before he could finish his word, the water came together and reformed the water slime. It fell to the ground, its red eyes now on Andrew. Water covered its entire body as it shot towards the shocked Andrew.
"Oh, shit." Andrew cursed, using his strength to jump 1.5 meters into the air, dodging the charge.
Edward, who just narrowly escaped an ice ball from the ice slime, was in the path of the water slime's charge. Luck was on his side as he tripped on a stone, causing the hydro slime hydro charge.
The hydro slime slammed into the wall, but instead of stopping, it bounced off the wall at a seemingly faster speed, going to the ceiling. It hit the ceiling and bounced back to the ground. Soon, it was bouncing around the room like a ping-pong ball. It bounced on the wall before shooting towards Emma, tending to Leonardo in the open.
Ezekiel quickly activated his ability, shooting through the hall almost like a blur and pulling Leonardo and Emma out of the way. "Why the fuck are you with him out in the open!?" He shouted, glaring at Emma. "Take him behind that pillar, you dumb fuck!" He said, pointing at the last standing pillar.
Emma was about to say something, but she knew he was right. "Still, with this slime bouncing around the room, it was too dangerous to go---"
Ezekiel once more abruptly pulled them out of the way, causing Leonardo to scream in pain due to the sudden movement. "Sorry, bro, but the pain is better than death."
"What the hell is this!?" Edward shouted, jumping to the side to dodge a beam from the ice slime, then rolling out of the way of the bouncing hydro slime. "How do we defeat something that can regenerate from death!"
Hearing Edward scream, Andrew remembered what Elizabeth had told him. His eyes slowly went to the ice slime that was forming a massive ice ball in front of it, noticing a core in the center of its body encased in ice.
'Come to think of it. The other one had no core.' Thought to himself, watching as Edward dodged the ice ball, but it still hit his left shoulder. "Edward, Leonardo, Emma, focus on the ice slime! Destroy the core!"
At his word, Edward groaned, feeling his left shoulder dislocated from the ice ball just slightly hitting it. Running towards the ice slime, he quickly climbed the platform, which caused the slime to bounce back before shooting a beam of ice at him.
Jumping to the side, he dodged the ice which went across the room, freezing everything it touched. Edward went to the left of the slime, bringing his five fingers together and stabbing his right arm into its body. His arm didn't go too far before it slowed to a stop. He tried to pull his arm out, but it was stuck.
The ice slime eyes moved to its side, staring right at Edward. "Oh fuck." He mumbled, feeling the air around him becoming cooler.
Just when it was about to shoot its ice beam, Andrew's glowing red arm collided with the slime, sending it flying back and taking Edward with it. It collided with the wall, pieces of water splashing out. This loss of water gave Edward the chance to push his hand deeper, grabbing a hold of the ice-encased core.
Just as he got a hold of the core, the hydro slime stopped bouncing in mid-air, its eyes on Edward. It dropped to the ground as water covered its body, the water slowly turning to ice. The ground around it froze, with the vapor around it freezing and giving it a smoke-like nature.
Just as it charged forward, Brody came out of nowhere, standing between the slime and its destination. His arm seemed better than before but nowhere near fixed.
"Stone body." He called out, standing his ground as the slime came towards him, freezing everything in its path. A brownish glow went through his body, hardening it.

Stone Body: For a short period of time, increase the Defense Attribute by 30%(Duration: 3 sec)(CD: 35 sec)

*Boom*
The slime slammed into Brody's body, whose body immediately froze as he flew back. The slime stopped after hitting Brody, the ice around its body returning to water, which fell to the ground.
Brody's frozen body flew across the room, slamming into a wall and shattering into tens of pieces.
\Party member [Brody Hazel] has died\
Ignoring the voice, Andrew held the slime in place as Edward quickly pulled out the core from it before lifting it above his head and slamming it to the ground with all his power. The ice encasement gained multiple cracks, but the core didn't shatter.
The hydro slime's eyes glowed as water covered its body, shooting towards Edward, who immediately jumped 1 meter high, coming down on the core. With his acceleration coming down and his weight, he crushed the encasement and core in one hit.
The hydro slime dashing at them immediately turned into water, dropping to the ground.

A voice rang in their head as everyone relaxed. Edward fell to the ground, his heart beating out of his chest. Looking at Brody's shattered body, he gave out a silent prayer, hoping he got a good afterlife. This man saved them by sacrificing himself. He was a true hero.
Edward took a deep breath, feeling his throat dry as the desert. He hadn't drunk water for more than 20 hours and has been overexerting himself. So as everyone else. If they don't find water, thirst would end up killing them instead of water.
"You guys...You guys did it!" Ezekiel shouted, staring at the two slimes that turned to water. "FUCK YES!"
"Just shut up." Andrew groaned, he too fell to the ground. He looked at the room, then at the dead Brody. His hands found their way to his face with fisted knuckles pressed to his forehead and palms pressed against his eyes. "We were too careless. Too much..." He mumbled, his voice cracking.
The excitement that should be there after clearing a dungeon was gone, and all that was left was gloominess.
