One of the soldiers came to see where we were and caused the person to run away immediately after being noticed by him. He immediately called his fellow soldiers, asking them to help him chase the man.

It could have been due to the grudge the man had, but I couldn't explain further. It could provide a wild analysis in the soldiers' minds. It's better if they catch the man and bring him here for interrogation.
