"Ayla"

"Come quick!!! We all are getting late for the prom", everyone called out to me while I just reached the destination.

It is like an experience for me. I never went to prom nor did I ever dance.

This time I thought maybe I can do it with Xen but things are different now. I didn't talk with him for like a week. I didn't message or call him nor he did from his side letting me know he can't reciprocate both sides of his feelings.

"Ayla, what are you doing? Come quickly!!!!" Jenny called out but when I tried to go inside the guards stopped me.

"What?"

"You can't go inside", they said.

"Why can't I go inside?" I asked. I was fully up for an argument for real.

"The prom is for couples and if you have a partner we could let you go inside but not alone", they said.

"F-

I was about to say when Jenny stopped me.

"You are misunderstanding something."

"Her partner is already inside so she just needs to go inside."
