Qixu was not wrong. That insanely perfect woman was never wrong.
Not one, not two, but three marriage proposals were in my hand.
"A scorpion, a lizard, and a what?"
"That one is a lizard orc too," she pointed to the last proposal in my hand. All three were written by the Kingdom's current Kings. One of which, the scorpion, was the Western Empire's Emperor.
"Shouldn't you at least learn their names?" Dax set aside his drink to lean his head in his hands.
After the awkwardness of those brief waking moments, he'd returned to the same as before when I woke again.
I simply did my best to push it back as a dream. If he wanted to feign ignorance, I could do it too.
"How do I refuse them?" I turned to Qixu, completely ignoring him.
For once, she shrugged, "wait until they're drunk and signed a truce."
I could only pinch my nose in an attempt to relieve the incoming migraine.

You'll probably notice, that I tend to avoid naming a lot of characters or further elaborate on them. This is because of three reasons:
1. I'm writing from Luna's perspective, she will tell you what she finds most important/influential in her tale.
2. I don't want to overload you, readers, with useless character information. They just be mobs.
3. I'm lazy, sue me.
