Capítulo 161: Intruder

Vanessa's brows furrowed together as she observed him. Her nose picked up the strong smell of alcohol on him to confirm her suspicions.

When and why did he get drunk? He had just left here an hour ago, and why was he here instead of at his place?

"Alex, what are you doing here?" she asked but did not get any response.

He fluttered his lids open, but they felt too heavy to stay on her.

"I don't know, but I want to sleep." He drunkingly muttered back.

Vanessa's brows creased as she stared at him, unsure of what to say to him.

She couldn't send him home, and neither could she wake him up. But why had he gotten himself so drunk?

She kept peering at him even as his eyes closed, and it took a moment before she realized that he had slept off on her couch.

"Alex?" She called once more, but he was fast asleep.
