That night, the first time I met him.
Someone destined for me.
****
I was so shocked, I automatically panicked and screamed, "KYAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA-!!"
Found someone who fell covered in blood right next to my kotatsu.
"Keep calm down, lady!" he shouted hoarsely, "Sorry I scared you, I-I'm not a bad person!" he tried to take my hand like a zombie crawling on the ground, with so pale skin his face was bruised and fresh blood dripping from his right hand. On the left side of his forehead, there was blood that kept flowing over his eyes.
"Eh?" I turned my head in the other direction, and even though I felt sorry for him, I was very scared.
"Aaaakkkh!" he groaned in pain.
"Please, believe me..." he stammered remembering how bad the wound was on his body.
I tried to approach him.
Then he curled up on the floor, I immediately laid him down. His hands were covered in blood as if he had been hit by a katana. His forehead was a little torn, maybe it was scratched by shards of glass, and his face was bruised as if someone had beaten him.
"Poor him." I couldn't bear to see it, my eyes filled with tears but didn't want to cry. Even though I was so excited to play the game to get gacha.
'Could he be the gacha on my Christmas eve?' I wonder what I should do. Thankfully he landed near my kotatsu. I took off the futon and put the kotatsu table with the heater on top of him, so his cold body would warm up quickly.
"...I guess, I should call-"
"Don't ...," he said slowly with a ragged breath, he closed his eyes with a pained expression. "Don't call anyone!" he added.
"B-but right, with wounds like this you should get treatment at the hospital."
"Do not." His answer was short while writhing in pain.
"Suddenly you came crashing down on people's houses to make a shock with this situation. Look! You also broke my window glass." I uttered my words in annoyance. Actually, I feel sorry to see people in pain and can't bear it too but, I even scold sick people.
"Anyway, I should call an ambulance or the police-"
I was pressing the cellphone by entering the police number then his left hand which was full of blood splashed away from my hand and made my cellphone bounce off the balcony.
"Hey, you-!"
"Enough!" he wakes up opening his eyes to my face, "Shut up and follow me!" our eyes look at each other, his face so close.
I was silent for a moment.
"Okay. What should I do?" I should have helped him! How stupid of me to ask him a question like this.
"Allow me to stay here for a while, and take care of me..." The man said casually out of his mouth. Suddenly the man's gaze shrunk, his lips so pale he languidly fell on the floor.
'BRUUUK!!'
"Hey, you-"
His breathing was so fast, that I checked his pulse regularly.
He fainted!!
I went to the kitchen to boil some water for him. Then bring the medical equipment available in the medicine box to my house.
Bandages, red medicine, towels for rags, and tissues.
Immediately pour the boiling water into the basin. Then I brought him close to him. He seemed to have fainted from lack of blood, his face was so pale.
I put away the kotatsu table and sat near him to clean his wound.
I cleaned the wound on his bloodied hand with warm water then slowly rubbed it and put red medicine on the wounds. I still remember, how to compress the wound like this. In the past, my little brother was often injured because he was often bullied by his friends. Maybe this way I can help him.
I immediately bandaged the wound that had been treated with the red medicine using a bandage. I tried to stop the bleeding.
His breathing is normal, but his heart rate is weak (I checked his pulse on his hand), and it seems he is still unconscious.
....
I immediately cleaned up the water in the basin earlier and then returned the medicine box equipment to its original place. Don't forget to wash the blood-soaked towel.
While waiting for this guy to wake up, I continued playing my game. I don't want to lose my chance to get some gacha on this sad Christmas Eve.
The clock shows 23.19
"He still hasn't woken up..." I mumbled while continuing the game I had installed on the television, but I was so thinking "What if this guy doesn't wake up too?"
Could it be that he will die!?
What should I do...
Should I add CPR for him!?
*Congratulation. You win*
Finally, I got the whole gacha too.
Time flies fast, it's December 25th at 00:05
"He still hasn't woken up either?"
I checked the pulse on his hand again, "His breathing is normal, his pulse is weak, it seems he is still unconscious." I thought while looking at her lips and her face was so pale.
"Should I do CPR on him?" My eyes were only on his lips, but I had no experience at all doing this kind of thing.
Wouldn't doing that be like a kiss?
"What if he wakes up while I'm doing that?" my mind went wild and started thinking I kissed her
"No, no, no!" I muttered as I took a broom and then cleaned the glass shards near the balcony.
I took my cell phone out the window on the balcony. My phone got cold from being hit by the snow...
I took off the heater and sat next to him, checking my phone scrolling up and down like an idiot.
"What should I do?" still with the same question.
Should I call my family? Or my friends? Or the police? Or call the doctor or call the hospital? I'm confused.
There is no incoming chat at all.
Should I update on social media?
I googled, looking for some way to resuscitate old unconscious people...
[8 Tips for first aid for fainting people]
1. Sprinkling of water and the smell of onions don't work.
2. Support their bodies.
3. Survey the fainting area.
4. Check the victim's response.
5. Call for help and perform CPR.
6. Do not move the victim.
7. Don't huddle.
8. Sweet drinks.
....
"Okay, I'll try one by one."
The first one was splashing water, I took water from the sink and splashed it on his face. As a result, it doesn't work. I brought an onion and I tried to put it in front of his nose but it didn't work either.
Second, support the body. Do I have to support his head on my thigh? I feel embarrassed to do something like this but, hopefully, this will help wake him up.
I exposed my thighs, laying his head on my thighs.
Then the third way, survey the fainting area. "When you see someone who is lying unconscious, immediately survey the area around him quickly and don't waste time. It could be that they fainted from a poisonous bite, poison gas, excessive heat, or something dangerous such as an open electric current.'
"Don't waste time, ok? Hmm... I'll check his heart rate." I automatically put my head on his chest.
Fourth, check the victim's response. Hmm, many times I held his wrist but he still didn't wake up. This time I tried to pinch his cheeks...
As a result, it doesn't work either.
Fifth, call for help and perform CPR.
Who should I call this late at night!? Maybe I should just call Akane-san, huh? Alright, I'll call Akane-san!
I looked for Akane-san's contact number on my phone, "Sorry Akane-san I bothered you." I muttered in a worried tone that Akane-san would get angry.
....
Bad!! The phone call went unanswered, Akane-san must be asleep.
"This time I have to do CPR!"
I blushed, my face turning red. Before doing that I checked his pulse again.
It's getting weaker, the breath is also dropping, meaning I have to...
I started by pumping his chest (not strong, and not working)
His pulse began to be felt! Seriously!
I really have to...
Do mouth-to-mouth breathing!!
I started to bring my face closer to his face, slowly I held his nose then I started to bring my lips that after eating takoyaki to his lips and...
He suddenly woke up right after I put my lips to his.
****
What exactly am I doing here!?
I kissed someone for the first time.

Notes on important terms:
CPR: Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) is an emergency medical procedure performed for people who have difficulty breathing normally or who experience cardiac arrest by pressing on the victim's chest area. Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) is performed by compressing the chest and giving artificial respiration to people in need. By performing cardiopulmonary resuscitation, the respiratory function and blood circulation in the body that has stopped is forced to function again and to keep blood and oxygen circulating throughout the body.
