"What? Suli?!" Sid looked at his younger sister, hurt. "Why?" 

Suli looked at her brother—now kneeling on the ground with the others with a complicated expression. "To live, of course."

Her tone was no longer that of the sweet little girl from a few hours prior. Her voice had now adopted a lower, more sultry, register.

She then grabbed Prance's arm, rubbing her chest at the older man's arm.

"Don't worry brother. Mr. Thomas will investigate. I'm sure you're innocent, my dear brother, so you only have to stay in the prison for one night, okay?" 

"As for the others…" Her dark eyes landed on Hugo, a little hungry.

She could still remember when she first saw him. In fact, she was with Prance when this group entered the territory. 

She had fallen in love with this extremely handsome copper-skinned man from the get-go.
