"Fine, I'll free her, but I have conditions," Jihoon had said and his people cheered on. 

They didn't even let him finish because they accepted his conditions no matter what the conditions were. They were probably signing up for slavery from Jihoon but they didn't mind. And so Jihoon ordered the warriors to get the mad woman from the dungeons. 

She had been there for just two days and yet the demand for her release had been amplified by the massacre of the werewolves that had happened between Incayon and the Obren palace. 

It was something that was frowned upon and while this may have been an emotional decision that they would regret later, the wolves knew that this was their only chance. It was useless having the strongest warriors they could have in the dungeons.
