The one who took over the company while he was away was none other than Amanda.

Amanda and Hannah were good friends.

But when Georgia came for a job that he suggested to her father, she was instead made to fail miserably, even embarrassing their family.

Georgia had managed to get the evidence that it was a plot by her father's good friend and she gave Mister Hudson a call that she would return with evidence. Something the good friend heard and the event led to Georgia's death.
