Seeing the ground collapse, Marisa and Julius skidded to a halt.

"Ahhhh!" Marisa screamed as she witnessed the other two members of their group seemingly plummet to their deaths.

Even Julius was speechless, with his eyes growing wide.

"T-t-the princess!" Marisa exclaimed.

"...Fuck."

Knowing that the princess died while they were in her group, there was no way people wouldn't suspect them of foul play.

Hell, they might even try them as criminals for their actions.

Even if they weren't directly responsible, they still let a princess die under their watch.

Julius wouldn't be surprised if his father lost his noble title because of this incident.

"Damnit… Why did I have to be in this group…" Julius grumbled.

However, it wasn't like they could hide it. 

Everyone knew they were in the group together.

'Should I fake my death? At least that way, father won't be troubled.'
