"What is this Xenon? You shield her from me? Is this an act of aggression?" King Jian asked in a low tone.

Xenon's eyes glowed and his upper body rose slightly as he towered above King Jian's human form and glared down at him.

"Agg...ression? You are yet to see it." Xenon thought to King Jian through their mind.

Xenon's tone was cold and biting, he made no attempts to hide his wrath and King Jian was momentarily taken aback to be on the receiving end of such cold treatment.

"What is she... Xenon?! How deep does this run?!" King Jian hissed furiously, his hands clenching into fists.

"She is mine! And you are testing me... Jian. I held back once...my patience is running out..." Xenon thought back to Jian.

King Jian's brows twitched at Xenon's declaration.

"You let her ride you with no hesitation... right from the start, your intent was to bond her?..." King Jian asked in a low tone.
