The three generals made their way to the king's throne room to deliver their daily report of saturday's events at the colosseum. As the king's representative at the Tournament, the generals were supposed to be his eyes and ears during the competition.
People believed the generals were the ones who chose which fighters to admit Into the military for a raid, but that was far from the truth. Even though the generals were in charge of recommending fighters to the king and keeping watch as well as reporting on the performance of said fighters anytime they paid the king a visit, the real person who chose which fighters to admit Into the army was the king.
And even though the king would most at times be absent during the competition, he's normally just as knowledgeable about the proceedings at the colosseum just like anybody else who had watched it happen.
