Capítulo 72: Into The Woods

***ALEX'S POV***

I took Jake's hand and pulled him along behind me into the woods. I was getting used to holding his hand, I did it without even thinking about it. I don't even know how that became the normal thing for me to do. I don't even know why I was the one that initiated this time and on several other occasions. It was just the way that things were now.

Putting that thought aside, I walked to the edge of the trees and paused for just a moment.

"Are you ready?" I asked Jake, looking at him with a slight smile. This was exciting. I knew that it could be dangerous too, that wasn't the issue, but I was still excited. This was where the action of this story was meant to be. And I was interested in knowing what sort of action it was going to be.
