"I have never seen something so terrible in my life." Doc was trying to accept that he had somehow been brought to this position. He had been a young and brilliant researcher alongside his sister. They had managed to make their lives valuable by finding new and improved methods of beast growth.

Many years had gone by and he had become a person of stature among his peers. Nova Academy had become his home. Yet right now, Doc questioned if he had ever done a single thing correctly in his life. Nothing should bring a boy to such pain. Nor should a beast endure such a horrendous process. If he hadn't known the situation, he would swear that Clark and his team were pure evil.
