There were some voices coming from the nearby forest. Whoever it was, they were trying to travel silently but being a Progenitor, Atlas' hearing was too good for something like that. 

It was like time had already run out for him. 

'I need to delay it somehow.'

He needed to somehow send them a message to warn them at least so they could stop and leave, but in the young man's presence, he couldn't do something like that as well. 

It was only there was a camera on him which was always on him, noticing his every movement. Even if he succeeded and all his teammates went back, that was only going to convince the Prince that Atlas had helped them. It could be counted as his failure, and that was disastrous for him. 

'Think! Think what I can do!' he exclaimed, trying to think what he could do as the footsteps kept getting closer. 

At this point, even the young man had already noticed the movement.
