Capital, Mansion of Duke Cheng.
At dusk, two jade tiger-skin lamps were raised high, burning the fat of the North Sea whale. The wick was also made by twisting the jade silkworm golden thread, and once it was lit, a faint fragrance was emitted.
The guards on both sides of the Duke's Mansion took a light sniff and immediately felt refreshed, their eyes shining brightly.
Such a scene could only be seen in front of the Duke's Mansion. All necessities were of the royal nobility level and no foreign wealth could be compared.
Since the founding of Great Qin, there have been eight thousand nobles, and only the ranks of Duke and above were hereditary, thus enjoying great glory and wealth. They ensured the prosperity of their generations until the end of the Great Qin dynasty.
To this day, there are eight Great Dukes in the capital, and the Luo Family of Duke Cheng is one of them.
