Capítulo 17: CHAPTER 15 : The Blue
The year 2016 ended , I was promoted to class 7 . That year wasn't good enough . I suffered from a lot of troubles and issues but the only good thing that happened was that I was became the Blue House Captain .
I entered the class on the first day . . . Soon our class teacher Anjali Miss came and took the attendance . I was only waiting for Jerin to come and sit with me , living in my own fantasy . Everyone was given their roll numbers and the respective names were taken . I couldn't hear it . . . Hear the name of JERIN . I doubted whether she left the school as rumours were spreading about it . So I asked her best friend Naina to confirm the rumour , I didn't wanted it to be true . . .
Naina told me that Jerin left Guwahati and shifted to Barpeta , Howly . My doubt and the rumour came true and it gave me a shock . I felt she's gone forever and I could never meet her again . I didn't even had her phone number and no one ever gave it to me .
I went to her house in Guwahati but she already left . All the good memories with her hit my head and sad hindi playlist in my mind made the situation even worse . I recalled the memories when I followed her with my cycle , waited outside her house just to get a sight of her and even that incident.
The first time I went to her house . It was the day when we were practising for Teachers Day programme . After the practice was over I met her and just said in a hilarious way , "Jerin , today I will visit your home . Even Rekib and Jabir will tag along ."
I knew she wouldn't allow me alone so I even took their names . Yeah they got into it only because of me and I got into her house only because of them .
Then we reached her home and I rang the bell . When they heard the sound of door opening they hid beside the door , while I faced the person who opened it . . .
It was Jerin , I could see her cute beautiful face close to me . That day I noticed the 'til' on her head wasn't a bindi . She wore black T - shirt and shorts . I couldn't remove my eyes from her but I couldn't even look eye to eye . Such a shit I was !
Jerin , " Did you come alone ?"
I replied , " No these two monkeys hiding behind the door cake along !"
Both of them came infront then we entered the house . We did nothing special there as we were too shy . This was the first we visited a girl's home without our parents . After a while we left and came almost 400m away from her home then I suddenly remembered I had to take back my diary I gave her in school . So we went back again . They waited in the balcony and yes even now I was the one who faced her . Her hair was wet , she just bathed and came out to answer the doorbell . She looked even more beautiful . Then I asked for what I wanted and after a while she returned the diary . We returned home . . .
Those incidents gave me goosebumps . Aah my life at that time !
Soon after the summer vacation in class 7 our class teacher was changed . Anjali Miss left the school and our new class teacher was Padma Sir . According to the students hebwas very rude and angry teacher . Everyone protested against him as a class teacher . But our mindset changed when we spent time with him . I will tell more about Padma Sir in my next book , if I write it .
Since the new semester started a new Blue House Captain was to be made and so I was choosen . I still don't know why I was choosen since I was too immature and stupid . Even though at the end of the year when all the awards were given , yellow house became the best house of the year and our house became the runners up . Among all the house captains only I was from class 7 others all were seniors . I really wanted to tell Jerin when I became the house captain but she was gone .
This chapter became more longer than I expected . Anyways hope you guys liked it . . .
