The sun was still rising outside Alex's courtyard as morning approached. A young man was running through the courtyard.

Alex took a deep breath and came to a halt when the notification appeared. Alex was not as tired this time; his body was drenched in sweat, but he could still do more exercises.
Alex's body transformed in a matter of weeks; his weak and boneless appearance has vanished now that his body is jacked with muscle.
His long, dark hair reached to his waist, and his black eyes radiated energy and confidence that his previous self hadn't possessed.
He was staring at the blue screen in front of him. Alex laughed. " Hahaha, after 15 days of hard work, my efforts have finally paid off."

Finishing his run, Alex returned to his room and prepared to take a bath. As he was about to enter the bathroom, he stopped in front of a mirror and stared at his reflection. He couldn't believe how far he had come.

It was a simple routine, but it worked well. Alex decided not to leave his house until he became a cultivator, so he concentrated all of his efforts on training.
