Capítulo 33: Chapter 33: Fist Fight

I’m sent on my way with a mostly clean bill of health. Mom tried to figure out what was wrong with my wolf, but there wasn’t much she could do without lab results from my blood test.

Either way, the fluids definitely helped and my step has pep in it.

Yet, I’m concerned about what Mom said. Looking around at my fellow packmates, I don’t understand how any one of them can harbor feelings of hatred toward Maverick. They all look happy, going about their day. I don’t notice a hint of fighting spirit.

Once I’m a decent way away from the healing center, I wonder what I’m going to do about breakfast.

Taking in my surroundings, I decide to visit a bagel shop not far away. If I take a shortcut around the training ground, I can get there fast and maybe get back in time so Angela doesn’t alert the National Guard since I didn’t show up this morning.
