Rose's mood changed again as her mother's condition filled her mind. Her chest felt tight as if someone was pressing it so hard it made her hard to breathe.
Evan could feel his wife's mood had changed. He didn't ask again. He focused on driving the car to let his wife enjoy the sea view they passed. But a few minutes later, he heard his wife's panicked tone.
