Capítulo 35: Fragile Heart

Evan smiled at her while sitting beside her.

"I did…"

Rose was surprised to hear Evan's answer.

"Why do you do that, Evan? This is not small money. This huge amount..." Rose felt uncomfortable accepting that much money from Evan. Worried that Evan would think of her as a materialist woman. 

Seeing his girl confused, he immediately explained his meaning.

"I'm not giving you. I just wanted to test your trading ability, so I placed that money in your account. You can return that money to me if you double it in six months. Can you accept my challenge?" This is the best excuse he found. 

His girlfriend will definitely accept the challenge as she is very competitive. And he was sure that she would definitely be his wife in six months. If they're already married, there's no reason for her to return the money, right?
