Capítulo 51: The Fiancee's Meet

Alan and Alice departed from the Johnson house after saying a teary goodbye to Daniel who was hesitant to let go of his daughter. He was crying like a baby, yes, a baby. 

Then they visited Victoria's mansion to pick her up, and now they were on their way to the carter mansion. 

In the carriage, two women were sitting beside Alan resting their heads on Alan's shoulders.  It was really a long tiring journey.

Alice and Victoria have been gossiping non-stop for the entire journey with Alan stuck between them. After several hours they were finally asleep.

Sigh 

Alan let out a huge sigh of relief.

He looked at the girls who slept with pleasant smiles on their faces, it brought an involuntary smile to Alan's face.

He stroked their heads and fell asleep.

"Sir, we have arrived" 

Alan woke up immediately when he heard the coachman's voice.

"Come on darlings, we have arrived," Alan said as he tried waking the girls.
