Capítulo 44: Twilight-Eyed Boy

After a little drama Alexa refuses to leave Gwen, Lucas finally takes his daughter by force because the other wizards are waiting for the mage king as well as the young archmage to return.

Matthias hugged Alexa's body in the carriage, the cold air was getting stronger. This meant that if their carriage had already passed through the city center, the noise of the horse's hooves and the carriage's wooden wheels colliding with the ground accompanied Alex's sad cry.

"Don't be sad like this, I feel guilty for being against Gwen," Matthias said calling for his wife's attention.

Alexa looked up, her eyes filled with tears of loss and emptiness at the same time the carriage made its way through the exit. The decreasing air made the two of them hug each other tightly, Matthias took the coat in front of their chair and wrapped Alexa to keep her warm.
