Capítulo 106: The Gossip

Matteo went to work despite the headache eating deep into his brain. The previous week had gone by so fast that he could barely remember anything. They were all occupied with work in the office, and it was already seriously telling him. 

Still, he pushed aside every pain deciding to remain strong. He knew Vincenzo was feeling guilty for whatever may or may not have been with Ursula, and because of that, he kept his distance. They saw at work but only spoke about company-related things and nothing else. 

Matteo did feel a little sad. He did not expect Vincenzo not to know that he would ever put something like that over him. He understood his friend, though. That's why he decided to put in the work to help out as much as he could.

"Good morning Matteo. You look terrible today," Priscilla teased in a high-pitched voice as she strolled towards him.
