Rayla's POV:

It is around 6pm and I've finished work for the day. Evan stomped in my office earlier and asked why I gave him the cold shoulder. After telling him about the office gossip, all he tells me is that he's going to implement a new office procedure. You'd think that would already be in place, but then again, we are dealing with everyday people who have corrupted minds anyway. Who am I to talk? Evan's made his mark on my heart… the way he looked at me and he bent my seat back…. He was just about to kiss me…. stupid me I really wanted him to kiss me because I haven't seen him in a while since he's become the CEO, but this is for the best that we break it off. I am just glad it didn't end up into a full blown out affair. The company would have talked for months and months and I could have lost my job because of it…. and Brad…. What would he have thought or done? I thought these things as I left the office for the night and decided to go home.
