Capítulo 32: Chapter 32: A shocking revelation

The police arrived at the scene of the crime of the office building where Rayla had worked. Her boss and Evan and all personal involved in the work place were called to the scene, including Rayla's assistant, who was beside herself in tears crying to detectives as the last person to see her in the office building.

"She told me to go home to my son and I left her alone to go home. I am so sorry" she sobbed as Evan came beside her and held her tenderly to hug her to give her some sort of comfort and to reassure her that it was not her fault. "It's not your fault, Ashleigh" Evan said tenderly trying to calm her down. "But I left her Evan…." Ashleigh sobbed crying on his chest. Evan swallowed a breath as he held her in his arms to comfort her in a friendly manner. Evan didn't know what to do as he felt helpless and didn't know where to start to look.
