Wolfram stared at the anxious lot with an expressionless face.

Before him were all the Clubmen, ready to enter the Forest of Ashes.

And how were these brave militia feeling? 

Some anxious, others excited, and some focused on executing their skills to the best of their knowledge. 

At this point, were they scared of death?

Nope.

They had the privilege of spawning. So what was there to fear? 

Their only worry came from the fear they would die so many times that it would shoot them down to mortal level. 

Looking at their points, everyone made a death range in their hearts. 

For some, if they died more than 8 times, it would knock them back to mortality. So they set the max death allowed to 4. Some even swore to die no more than twice. 

Wolfram swept his eyes across the bunch. They stood with their feet apart, their clubs at hand with their chests high and proud.
