Capítulo 138: Result

Claire's POV

When I got home from work after a long day, the first thing I did was open the refrigerator to find a bottle of wine waiting for me. After Brad, I had a lot of patients, and while I was able to maintain my composure, I was now done. I kicked my shoes across the kitchen until I got the biggest wine glass I could find before cracking open the bottle and pouring myself a drink.

Brad surprised me today. His insincerity made it impossible for me to get to the bottom of what was wrong with him. In the end, I had to kick him out since he kept tormenting me. Then all of my efforts would be for naught, but I'm not going to let that stop me from pursuing him any longer.
