Bella’s POV

"How is Zeke ?", Kai demanded as he rushed into the coven’s hospital.

"He is stable for now. None of his vitals were damaged. However, the doctor says that he needs rest and needs to recover from his previous injuries too", Dominic answered as he took Kai in a side hug and kissed the latter’s temple.

"And Ryan ?", I asked.

"He won’t leave his mate’s side. Won’t leave his hand too", Dominic replied back as he scented Kai, even though he was a frigging vampire !! However, that seemed to comfort him and soothe his nerves after a stressful time during Kai’s sudden disappearance and Zeke’s critical condition.

"I am going to fix something for you all. You guys need to eat something", I remarked and turned around to head towards the royal kitchen.

However, Dominic snagged me back and tucked me under his other arm.
