Jade opened her window and let Max come into her room. Then they kissed as if they hadn't seen each other in a long time and they both missed each other.
"Why are you always staring at me at the restaurant?" Jade asked in between their kisses.
"Because I miss you, my dear." Max kissed her again, fiercely and passionately.
Their breath hitched and they almost lost control.
Jade was the first to control herself even though she really wanted to have sex with Max for the first time. But the feeling of wanting it seemed to be decreasing lately. Especially after Ace died for good.
"Where have you been, Max?" asked Jade, who was still staring at Max above her as they kissed on the bed.
"I was looking for Ace. We really lost him."
Oh ... the guilt hit Jade again. She, who didn't kill Ace, really felt guilty for his death. If Ace saw, he must have hoped that Jade would save him.
"And did you find him?"
