On Earth, the rebel forces started rearranging their forces with a little more aggression. They only had a limited amount of time where they could get ready, and they had to take chances at getting caught to ensure they were ready when the second portion of the games started.

The combat portion of the games, when the various military forces the five families had taken with them would be committed, would be the beacon that lights the beginning of their revolution.
