This collision between two forces also attracted the attention of others fighting in other places.
They witnessed the purple beam of graviton cannon and the arc of lightning trying to overpower each other. The force behind those attacks sent a shockwave and water churn around the area.
Kongou was still putting more and more energy into the canon, increasing its strength further. She was sure that Ei must be doing the same.
Unbeknownst to her, Ei did no such thing. She was just looking at the attack she released trying to overpower the beam without any intention of pouring more power into it.
But then she did something completely unexpected.
After glancing at the collision in front, Ei turned and walked away. As if, she no longer cared whether she would win or not.
This was, of course, witnessed by Kongou on the screen that appeared in her network. At first, she thought Ei's retreat must be due to her lack of reserve. But then she noticed something peculiar.
Looking in front, Kongou realized that no matter how much more energy she put in, she couldn't overpower that lightning arc. That arc just stayed in its place, making the situation a stalemate.
While this was going on, Ei was looking at the other battleships. Confirming that not only Makoto and Lumine were done but also the people of Inazuma were winning, she decided to look for now and lend a hand if something unexpected occurred.
She then slowly rose and flew into the sky from where she could overlook everything. She also saw that Makoto and Lumine had returned to Inazuma. Makoto was on Mount Yougou with Yae Miko and Lumine joined the people to help.
Though when Inazuma was winning, Ei noticed that one of the fleets bombarding the island, opened its exterior and showed its core. Then graviton energy started to gather in it.
Ei: Another flagship with Super-Graviton Cannon. Huh.
The Electro Archon muttered but didn't interfere.
Finally, when energy was fully charged, it shot.
VROOM!!
Gravitational waves condensed into a narrow beam rush toward Inazuma and hit the barrier.
BAM!!
The purple-haired just shook her head and watched how the beam failed to do anything to the barrier.
Ei: Even when you saw the previous outcome of doing, you still do the same...... The Last-ditch effort. I guess.
As Electro Archon said, it was nothing more than the last struggle of Fleet of Fog. They, of course, witnessed what happened when Takao unleashed her canon. Still, because they didn't understand how the barrier worked, thanks to their lack of information on elements, they still hoped that all the bombarding weakened the barrier somewhat.
Alas, reality was always cruel. Even their last effort came fruitless.
Before long, the strength of the beam died down and the barrier remained intact.
Next, the people of Inazuma continued attacking and the remaining flagship fell one by one.
Ei: It's over.
She then glanced back and saw how Kongou was trying to get the upper hand but to no avail.
Ei: End this.
When her words fell, the lightning arc moved.
Next, in the astonished eyes of Kongou, the lightning arc cut through her graviton beam like a hot knife passing through butter.

Seeing this, Ei looked in front again before a thundering roar resounded behind.

ROAR!!!
This roar of thunder made others look in her direction. And then every one of them opened their eyes wide in shock.
They saw the entire sea alongside the fleet and Kongou on it split in two. People can even see the seabed below.
Subconsciously, they raised their head and saw Ei hovering in the sky while looking down on all like a God.
They had all heard of the might of their Archon, however, this was the first time they had witnessed it with their own eyes.
At first, they were appalled, but then they started cheering.
The moment they did so, the Kongou fleet exploded, declaring the end of Phase I.

Primis: It's finally over.
Saying this, Primis stopped looking out of the window and turned in front before picking up the document and starting his work again.
Shenhe: So…that's the might of...Electro Archon.
The disciple of Adeptus shuttered while her body shuddered in fear. She still remembered how she challenged the Electro Archon in Liyue Harbor for hurting her master.
Now if not because her demonic side took over and Primis stepped forward to fight her instead, she was afraid that she would have been slain by Raiden Shogun.
Ganyu also gulped nervously. She also realized why someone was able to take on all the Adepti and emerge victorious in the end. Heck, if she can't defeat mere Adepti, what right did she have to call herself an Archon.
They both were also relieved that Morax was not in Liyue Harbor at that time. Otherwise, the fight between the two Archons would have destroyed the entire Liyue Harbor.
Primis: Ganyu, Shenhe, you have been here since the fight began. Now, that it's finished, why don't you both see how people are doing and see if someone needs help.
Snapping out of their thoughts, they looked at Primis and nodded.
Shenhe & Ganyu: As you wish, Your Majesty.
With that, they both left to check if people required their assistance.
Confirming that they had left, Primis put down the paper.
Primis: Bring them to Us.
Then there was silence for a few seconds before Primis's shadow turned blue and covered the area behind.
Yup, it's not purple but blue. Why? Because it was not a mere shadow.
The area behind him got covered in some alive blue weed.

At this time, some tentacles came out of that weed. They moved past Primis and put some things on the table.
Those things were flattened metallic spheres about three inches in diameter with several smaller spheres merged into them. The core also has a "Fleet of Fog" insignia on its top side.
These things were none other than the Union cores.
Primis then picked them one by one, checked them, and put them away.
Now that their work was done, the tentacles retreated into the blue weed and the weed disappeared as if it was never there in the first place. Though cool moisture still remained in the room.
While this happened, Ais who was guarding Primis still had eyes on where the blue weed once was.
Ais: That's a very dangerous thing you get your hands on, My Lord.
Primis: Is that so.
Ais: Um. I can tell that there was not one or two beings in that weed, but there were countless of them. Yet, all of them have a single will. It's like…
Primis: A Hive.
Ais: Yes.
Primis: And that's exactly what it is, Ais.
Becoming silent for a moment, she spoke.
Ais: So, what should I call you now?
Primis: Hmm? What do you mean?
Ais: I mean since now that Lord has become one with those Seaborn, you must have gotten a new name to define your new identity. Like how that Firstborn is called Ishar'mla. What's yours Seaborn's name, My Lord?
Understanding Ais question, Primis answered.
Primis: Wir Viele.
Ais: Wir Viele? What does it mean?
Glancing at her, he spoke.
Primis: It means............We Many.
Next, Primis leaned back on his seat letting Ais digest what he said, and decided.
'Primis: No more delay. It's time for Our coronation ceremony.'
