Capítulo 207: Basement Level

Jiang Ming was stupefied by the determination of Hong Ling. She had always been obedient to him ever since she was ordered by Alchemist Ren to follow him. 

As she was always submissive and listened to orders, Jiang Ming didn't expect she would one day declare that she wanted to be his woman. Although she was asking to only stay by his side, it was technically equivalent to asking to be his woman.

After all, she was staring at him with a lustful gaze. If Jiang Ming didn't understand her true intention, then he might as well kill himself.

Hong Ling remained silent, but her eyes started to turn watery when she thought his silent response meant rejection. 

A tinge of disappointment appeared in her expression as she decided to lower her head. "I-I'll just head out and not bother you any longer." She said in a low tone, turning around and preparing to leave.

In her mind, it was better to just leave dejectedly than have him outright reject her.
