Simon scratched his head for a bit first. In his mind, he knew it would finally come down to this. He just wasn't ready to be the one to reveal it, he was simply a messenger. But he did think that her threats were truly valid because what were the chances they would meet again?
"So?" Louisa said impatiently. "Are you going to tell me what I want to know or should I begin on my way?"
"NO," Simon yelled. "Don't! This topic involves Adelaide."
"What about her?" Louisa's brows merged at a point.
Simon breathed first. "Adelaide is currently sick and has been for the past few weeks…"
"How many?" Louisa asked, cutting in.
"Four," the Butler said.
"A month?"
Simon gave a tight nod. "Her Flu is the worst it has ever been yet Adelaide refuses her medicine."
"But why would she do that?"
"Because of you, Hazel," Simon told her. "Adelaide has said she would not get treated unless you came to stay by her side."
