Pain.
Kairos felt pain ravage every part of his entire being.
The strangest part was that he couldn't pinpoint where on his body he was feeling that pain, simply because he couldn't sense any part of his body. Yet, it wouldn't be correct to say that it was a mental one.
There was a strange contradictory feeling where everything hurt, but everything was nowhere.
The only respite was that the pain was gradually subsiding, though it did so awfully slowly. When Kairos was finally able to endure enough to make sense of his surroundings, he found himself sitting on a chair. It was the one in his room, one he often used while fake-cutting himself with a knife. He was in a pitch-black room, despite the fact that he could clearly see himself.
Somehow or another, after acknowledging this, a horrible feeling assaulted him. One that made him want to vomit, yet not care enough to even tilt his head out of the way from himself.
